1212K HGJX Bearing Double-row Self-aligning Ball Bearing without Seal Size 60x110x22mm Self-aligning Deep-groove Ball Bearings
The 1212K bearing belongs to the group of double-row self-aligning deep-groove ball bearings. This bearing type without a seal is a double-row bearing. Both rows are housed in a spherical raceway in the outer ring. This construction allows the bearing to be self-aligning. This means that any misalignment of the shaft relative to the bearing housing does not adversely affect performance.
self-aligning bearing is a high-performance ball bearing，it has a rubber seal on both sides designated by (2RS). Self-aligning bearings are designed with two rows of balls; the inner raceway consists of two grooves to support each row of balls, while the outer raceway has only one groove for both sets of balls. This design creates a self-centering effect with flexibility between the two rings; the end result is a bearing that is insensitive to angular misalignment.
